Beyond the starting point

Dear friends,

With immense pleasure, we place before you the second issue of JSSTD. We are humbled and honored by the appreciation and goodwill, you have bestowed on the first issue published in April 2019. The road was bumpy, the terrain difficult; but the unconditional support and the cooperation extended by the President and Secretary of IADVL Kerala, Kerala IADVL executive committee and each and every one of you have helped us to remain focused and move forward. The steady submission of quality articles which you ensured has given us huge hopes for future.

These past 10 months have been a great learning experience for us in the editorial team. I take this opportunity to thank the official body of IADVL Kerala for the unflinching support, all the authors who trusted us with their valuable works and the reviewers for their dedicated, selfless contribution. The most heartwarming aspect is the enthusiastic response we received from the young generation. We also express sincere appreciation for the meticulous efforts of our publisher, Scientific Scholar, which has played a pivotal role in reaching this stage.

In return, we assure you, hard work and dedication to fulfill the dream of making JSSTD a well reputed, indexed journal.

The current issue contains articles in various categories including review, original article, history, case reports, case and study letters, image and resident’s page. Hope you will find this issue informative and interesting.
